Add() public static method

Returns a new 3x3 matrix created by performing a component-wise addition of two matrices.

Original signature is 'GLKMatrix3 GLKMatrix3Add ( GLKMatrix3 matrixLeft, GLKMatrix3 matrixRight );'

Available in OS X x0.8 and later.
